01 Due Diligence

What we’d ask if we were you.

Good questions to put to any outfitter you’re considering — including us.

How was the communication?

Before the hunt, during it, and after. Did they know what was happening and when? Were questions answered honestly?

How hard did the guide work?

Success isn’t guaranteed on public land. Effort is. Ask whether the guide was still glassing hard on day five.

Was the hunt what was sold?

Terrain, physical demand, lodging, meals, guide ratio — did the reality match the description?
